You've heard "you've got this" enough. Here's what I want you to have instead.
Stephanie shares why she created the Be That Girl Collective and what makes this community different.
Being the capable one can be exhausting.
You know how to handle yourself. You've earned your experience, and you've probably figured out more difficult situations than you can count.
But let's not pretend that makes everything easy.
You can run the meeting, solve the problem, keep everybody moving, and still drive home replaying the one thing you wish you'd said.
You can spend your day helping other people make decisions and still have absolutely no idea who to call when you're facing one of your own.
And sometimes, you're just plain tired of being the person who always has to figure it out.
You don't need somebody to tell you to be more confident. You need a place where you can talk about what's really happening, get some honest perspective, and figure out your next move.
That's why we're here.
MAYBE YOU'VE BEEN HERE
- ✓ Someone takes credit for your idea, and now you're trying to figure out how to address it without looking petty.
- ✓ You've spent an entire evening replaying a conversation that everybody else seems to have forgotten.
- ✓ You're ready for something bigger, but you keep talking yourself out of making the ask.
- ✓ Everyone wants your opinion until your opinion isn't what they wanted to hear.
- ✓ You've become the default problem solver, and nobody seems to notice how much you're carrying.
- ✓ You're facing a decision with real consequences, and you wish you had someone experienced to think it through with.
- ✓ You have plenty of people who need something from you, but not enough people you can be completely honest with.
THE QUESTION
What does this moment need from me?
I want you to keep that question in your back pocket.
Because not every situation needs you to speak louder, fight harder, or prove somebody wrong.
Sometimes you need to have the conversation you've been avoiding. Sometimes you need to ask a better question. Sometimes you need to let somebody be uncomfortable with your answer.
And sometimes, ladies, you need to recognize that not every problem deserves your time and energy.
The important thing is knowing the difference.
That's what we're going to practice inside the Collective. Learning to look at what's happening, understand your options, and make a deliberate choice about what comes next.
You already bring a lot to the table. Let's make sure you're putting it to good use.
Stephanie
Bring the real stuff. We'll work through it together.
Not the polished version you tell everybody when they ask how things are going.
The actual situation.
The boss who keeps moving the goalposts. The opportunity you're considering. The difficult conversation. The relationship that's getting complicated. The decision you've been going back and forth about for weeks.
Bring it.
Inside the Collective, I work through selected situations and share how I'd approach them. What I notice. What you might be missing. What I'd say, what I wouldn't say, and what I'd consider before making a move.
And you're not just hearing from me. You're surrounded by women with their own experience, opinions, and perspectives. Women who might see something you haven't considered.
This isn't another place to collect advice you'll never use. It's a place to talk things through, learn from each other, and actually do something with what you're learning.
Let's talk about what this actually looks like.
A SITUATION YOU MIGHT BRING
"I raised a concern in a leadership meeting, and it was dismissed. Fifteen minutes later, somebody else made almost the exact same point, and suddenly everybody loved the idea.
I'm irritated, but I don't want to come across as petty. Do I say something or let it go?"
ONE WAY YOU COULD HANDLE IT
"Before we move on, I'd like to come back to the concern I raised earlier, because I think there's still an important piece we need to address."
Now we're having a different conversation.
Inside the Collective, we'd look at what you want to accomplish, the relationships involved, and whether it's better to address the situation in the room or privately afterward.
Because sometimes the right move is to speak up immediately. Other times, there's a smarter way to get the outcome you want.
The point isn't to win every argument. It's to stop walking away wishing you'd handled things differently.
An illustrative example, not an actual member submission.
You don't need more homework. You need a reason to show up.
Nobody's asking you to watch 40 hours of videos or complete another personal development course.
The Collective is built around what's already happening in your life.
Here's how our weekly rhythm works.
1
MONDAY | THE PUSH + THE DROP
Get it off your chest.
I start the week with a short message to get you thinking. Then you bring what's on your mind. A decision, a frustration, a conversation, or something you're trying to figure out.
No need to write a novel. We know you're busy.
2
WEDNESDAY | MY TWO CENTS
Here's how I'd look at it.
I choose a real situation from the community and share my perspective. What I'd consider, how I might approach it, and what I'd avoid.
Your situation doesn't have to be selected for you to learn something useful. Chances are, another woman is dealing with something you recognize.
3
FRIDAY | THE REPORT BACK
Okay, what happened?
Tell us what you tried. What worked? What didn't? What would you do differently?
We're not keeping score. We're learning from real experiences, including the ones that don't go according to plan.
ONCE A MONTH • LIVE WITH STEPHANIE
Bring your questions. Let's have a real conversation.
We get together live to work through situations, share perspectives, and talk about the things members are navigating right now.
Real situations. Better decisions. More confidence in your next move.
There's no shortage of things that come up when you're navigating a career, relationships, responsibilities, and everything else life throws at you.
Here are a few of the things we work through together.
Speak up without second-guessing every word
Have something to say? Learn how to make your point without burying it under apologies, qualifiers, and explanations nobody asked for.
Hold your ground without burning bridges
You can disagree, defend your position, and deal with pushback without turning every conversation into a battle.
Own what you've earned
Claim credit for your work. Ask for the opportunity. Stop acting like acknowledging your accomplishments is something you need to apologize for.
Set a boundary and actually keep it
You can be generous, capable, and supportive without becoming everybody's automatic solution to every problem.
Stop letting difficult people take over your day
Whether it's a boss, colleague, client, or someone closer to home, get perspective on the relationships that are testing your patience.
Make the move you've been talking yourself out of
Sometimes you need to think through the risks. Sometimes you need somebody to challenge your assumptions. And sometimes you need to stop waiting for permission you were never going to get.
You shouldn't have to be the strong one in every room.
Here's something I see all the time.
Women who are incredibly capable, accomplished, and successful, but who have very few places where they feel comfortable saying, "I honestly don't know what to do about this."
Everybody assumes they have it handled. And most of the time, they do.
But that doesn't mean they don't need advice, encouragement, a different perspective, or somebody to tell them when they're making something harder than it needs to be.
That's the kind of room I want us to build.
A place where you can celebrate a win without downplaying it. Ask a question without worrying whether you should already know the answer. Talk through something frustrating without having to pretend it doesn't bother you.
And yes, sometimes hear a little tough love from a woman who wants to see you win.
No résumé contest. No pretending we've got it all figured out. Just real women bringing real experience to the table.
And here's the thing: you have something to offer this room, too.
"The call is not the Collective. You are the Collective."
Already in the free Network? Here's what $47/month adds.
I love that women are connecting in the free Be That Girl Network. That community is a place to meet each other, share experiences, and celebrate wins.
The Collective takes that experience further, with more structure, more opportunities to work through real situations, and my ongoing involvement.

I've been underestimated, challenged, and tested. I've learned a thing or two.
I started my career loading luggage at Boston's Logan Airport.
Years later, I became president of JetSuite, making history in an industry where very few people looked like me.
And trust me, I learned plenty along the way.
I've led teams, made hard decisions, navigated difficult personalities, and sat in rooms where people questioned whether I belonged there.
I've made mistakes, too. Some of my best lessons came from situations I wish I'd handled differently.
I didn't create the Collective because women need another person telling them how powerful they are.
I created it because experience matters. Perspective matters. And having the right people around you can change how you approach a difficult situation.
I want to share what I've learned and bring together women who have plenty to teach each other.
JOIN THE COLLECTIVE
Come get some women in your corner.
You don't need an impressive title, a perfectly worded question, or extra hours in your week to belong here.
Just show up as you are, get involved, and bring whatever you're working through.
Questions? Good. Let's talk about them.
Is the Collective another course?
Do I get one-on-one coaching with Stephanie?
What if Stephanie doesn't choose my question?
How is this different from the free Be That Girl Network?
Do I need to be a senior executive?
Can I join whenever I want?
How much time do I need to participate?
Can I bring up a sensitive situation from work?
The next time you need someone in your corner, I want you to have a place to go.
You've spent years building your experience, learning lessons, and becoming the woman people can count on.
You have a lot to offer.
And you deserve to be surrounded by women who have something to offer you, too.
So bring the questions. Bring the wins. Bring the frustrations, the decisions, and the things you haven't quite figured out.
There's room for you here.
